Our preflight team makes sure your files are error-free before sending them to our printing facility. We maintain the highest standards and tightest control over the entire process, and every job is offset printed on high quality paper stock.

File format guide

Print-ready files are accepted in the following formats.

File preparation check list

• 1. Color

  We require that all graphic files be built using CMYK to ensure color accuracy prior to being uploaded. Files submitted in RGB or using PMS colors will be converted to CMYK, which could cause a slight color shift in the finished product.

• 2. File Size (Bleed)
  

  Your files must be built to the final trim size plus a 1/8 bleed. Please include crop marks so we will know where to cut your job

• 3. Resolution

  We recommend that all images used are at least 300dpi. Submitting files with a lower resolution than 300dpi can make the image look pixilated and blurry.

• 4. Safety Zone

  Do not place any critical images or text beyond the safety zone, which is at least 1/8” from the final trim size, in order to avoid it getting cut off when the finished piece is trimmed.

• 5.Typographical / Grammar Errors

  Make sure you have proofread your artwork to ensure the spelling and grammar is correct. Printinmexico.com will not be held responsible for typographical or grammar errors.

How do you compute shipping charges?

Shipping charge is based on the number of packages, the weight of the packages, the destination ZIP code, and shipping service.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time varies depending on the product. It could range from 5 day to 10 days.
The production turnaround time indicated on the site is based on the number of hours or days that a print job is completed during normal circumstances, excluding weekends and holidays.

Production would start after the all the print ready files is uploaded, full payment is received, and the soft or hard proof is approved.

How do I make a change to my order?

If you haven't approved your proof, you can make an order change request by Emailing us. Our Customer Service Team is available anytime to assist you

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Changes to your order can be accommodated before you approve your print job.Once we have received your approved proof and your print job has been sent to the press, we no longer entertain changes to the file, artwork, quantity, product options, etc.

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled on condition that no work has been completed for that order. In this case, the customer will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged for proofs or samples, if applicable. However, an order cannot be cancelled if and when

The order has been sent to production.
The ordered item has been printed.
The order is already packaged.
The order is en route to you.
The order has been delivered.
In such cases, please understand that we are unable to cancel any orders and the customer shall be charged in full.
